'Stuart A Lockhart Legal Services' was established by Mr Lockhart, after 25 years of
working within the UK justice system. In addition to practicing as an independent
Barrister at the English Bar, he now practices as an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public in
the Eastern Caribbean. Therefore, legal services are provided internationally across both
jurisdictions.
The practice in Antigua and Cambridge, UK has a first class clerking team. Associates
affiliated to the chambers in Antigua provide support in advocacy, accounting and
company formation/administration.
